Thanks to Elon Musk, the openly National Socialist account researchers worked hard to get removed from Twitter two years ago, is back and verified.
And bragging about it, but of course.
What a “wild” time indeed, if by wild you mean stupid.
In the years since Trump “left” office, conservative media appears to have increased its efforts to radicalize its consumers. They’ve furthermore increased the use of projection to absolve themselves of responsibility with stunning success. Any sojourn into the realm of Fox News, WSJ op-ed, Breitbart, Daily Caller, Newsmax, or the like, will open your eyes to the reality of the ever more normalized “Bizarro World.”

In the Bizarro World, up is down, and black is white. The non-conservative liberal-biased “mainstream” media, immigrants, women, abortion, the LGTBQ community, drag shows, CRT, history, vaccines, books, multiculturalism, anyone non-white non-Christian, and every other group or action conservatives can possibly think of is to blame for what is obviously an alternate reality of their own making.
Non-conservative media continues to miss the forest for the trees in terms of straight-shooting about the asymmetry of the source of the propaganda and the rampant extremism that conservative media’s propaganda has created. Non-conservative media is guilty of repeating, platforming, and often legitimizing the rights outrageous claims. Case in point last week’s New York Times op-ed piece about the “dangerous precedent” being set by indicting Trump.
We are repeating history. The grievance-driven themes preceding past genocidal events are the daily online interactions people are having right now. Hannah Arendt’s The Origins of Totalitarianism reads as though it were written about the United States today.
American Intelligence agencies and think tanks reported, again, in 2023 that Nazis and other racist groups pose the most significant national security threat over Russia and China. They are training (i.e., 88 Tactical), they are recruiting, and now, thanks to Elon Musk, they are “verified” on Twitter.
The US intelligence community’s recently released 2023 Annual Threat Assessment is blunt in its warning: Nazis and other racist groups are now the “most lethal threat” faced by the United States. In 2022, there were 26 “actual physical attacks” on power facilities across the United States. That’s up from eight in 2021.
I have known about the Nature and Race (RC) account for years. Initially, I thought it was Kevin Strom or somehow connected to him because National Vanguard came up as associated during a search. Now, from bits and pieces of things RC posts, I know him to be a mid to late thirty-something from Wisconsin.
When RC is not spewing his idiotic takes on his “whiteness,” he has posted about having been homeless for a spell and his mother passing in 2018. RC was apparently friends with Theodor Junker, aka Ted Junker, a former Waffen SS soldier living in small-town WI, until he died in 2013. Junker gained some notoriety when he tried to open a memorial to Hitler in Millard, WI, in 2006.
RC wrote about their friendship in a series for National Vanguard, which is probably what connected the two in the search I did.
On a livestream with Joe Prich on February 4, 2023, he talked about meeting and becoming friends with Junker and Matt Koehl, the leader of the New Order (TNO) after the death of George Lincoln Rockwell. Koehl died in 2014. RC said his mentor, who might be Martin Kerr, current leadership of TNO, introduced him to Koehl and Junker.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the small towns on its outskirts appear to be the home base of TNO. Kerr describes the group as such:
The NEW ORDER is a vanguard National Socialist organization. Our doctrine is derived directly from Mein Kampf and other Hitlerian sources.

• We are not White separatists;
• We are not Alt-Right;

Anything that moves White people in the general direction of National Socialism is worthwhile, in our opinion. But ultimately there is only one movement qualified to lead White people into the future, and that movement is National Socialism, embodied in North America as the NEW ORDER.
RC is either a member of TNO or does free marketing for them out of the kindess of his heart. On his Gab account he shared this picture.
As with all things Nazi, everything they say is bullshit mixed with double speak and propaganda meant to obscure their “power level.” Their core beliefs bear a striking resemblance to the everyday talking points of conservative media: 1) People of European heritage are the true patriots; 2) Jews are masterminding the destruction of the white race through multiculturalism and non-white immigration, a plot that fascists call “white genocide” or “ethnic replacement” (i.e., the Great Replacement Theory and George Soros funded Antifa); 3) The only way to save the white race is to establish a "white homeland," or "ethnostate," from which non-whites and degenerates must be purged.
If you delve into any Nazi social media, you will see reposts of Tucker Carlson shows, Gateway Pundit articles, and LibsofTikTok rants.
So if you want to recognize a fascist you have to know how to read subtext and how to hear dog whistles; because 99 times out of 100 a fascist will disavow fascism, racism, and white supremacy, at least when they’re talking to you, a non-fascist.
TNO’s newsletter used to be associated with Asgard Press in New Berlin, WI. Those publications listed Kerr as the chief of staff. Harriet Ellen Kester-Paletti (now Harriet Kester since she and her former husband Paul Paletti divorced in 2022) is listed as a “sergeant” in the TNO organization.
Kester has a Twitter account, but nothing has been posted since 2010. Her handle is @garfield1488, and her bio states, “Proud National Socialist wife n mom of twins n pregnant with my next daughter. Volunteer n politically active in my community. NSM member since 2007.” One of her kids is named Aryan.
In 2011, Kester, who, according to Eve Conant of the Daily Beast, "only takes off her swastika when she's at work," notified the mayor of New Berlin of her intention to run for public office.
In 2012, Hatewatch published a write-up about her accounting business, Garfield Accounting Services in New Berlin, which ran ads on Stormfront that read, "Please stop using main Jew owned tax services from H&R Block and use one of your own! Please share and pass along."
Her Facebook account is more active but doesn’t overtly reveal any affiliation. Her “life events” section alleges she left her part-time accounting position at Garfield Accting in 2021. Her current job is listed as “independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay.” It seems the family fell on tough times with the divorce and an eviction in 2022.
The ex-husband, Paul J. Paletti, according to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), is a long-time member of the National Socialist Movement, has a prominent “88” tattoo, and has a history of violence against women and minorities.
Pauletti was charged with a hate crime in Waukesha, WI, in 2008, for battering a young Mexican man outside a bar, but the charge was reduced in a plea deal.
When the man left the bar, Paletti and his friends followed, and Paletti punched the man at least once, court records state.
Paletti and members of the group he was with were wearing black jackets and black boots with red shoelaces, according to testimony in the case. One person with Paletti was wearing a T-shirt that had a picture of Hitler, and Paletti's shirt had the word 'skinhead' on it.
As part of his sentence, Paletti was ordered to have no contact with any white supremacist organization.
Paletti’s Facebook friends reveal the wonderful world of Nazi Facebook. One connection, Horst Heiser, is proof that along with Twitter, Facebook is not really moderating overt bigotry.
It’s an ugly nightmare inducing scene gaining traction through normalization and promotion. Since RC’s Twitter verification he posted this:
Naturally, RC’s popularity and verification on Twitter have ensured this account is added to everyone’s “for you” timeline per Musk’s promotional algorithm bringing even more eyeballs and attention to it. One journalist, Rachel Gilmore, posted a TikTok about her frustration with Twitter’s promotion of this account on her timeline. RC highlighted Gilmore’s post on his timeline, essentially guaranteeing the subsequent Nazi incel misogynistic pile-on à la Gamergate that Gilmore is enduring.
RC’s Twitter popularity provides a very clear and stark warning for Americans to wake up about how radicalized conservatives have become and how normalized the propaganda of authoritarianism has become.
The more right-wing media and politicians get away with pushing their dishonest narratives about guns, trans terrorism, the ongoing crisis at the southern border, et al., and the more non-conservative media provides a very both-sides lukewarm response, the more unhappy and fearful Americans lean into the comfort of blaming the harsh pain and struggle of human existence on the most marginalized among us.
History has already taught us this lesson.
